Speed and Agility training are vital in any sport. This class will focus not only on speed, but balance, mobility, and endurance. Booking this class has a 10 week use, if these sessions are not used in the 10 week time frame they will NOT be refunded, nor may the classes be made up at a later date without speaking directly to Coach Lucas.
